The Chengdu J-7 111 served as an interceptor and took its maiden flight in 1966. Featuring markings from the 15th Fighter Div, this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model recreates the Chengdu J-7IIIA as it was stationed at Huairen AB, China, in 1997. It features a deployable air brake, a G-P9 cannon pod, removable fuel tanks, K-13A air-to-air missiles, a well-equipped cockpit interior, realistic panel lines, access panels and surface details, landing gear, ordnance loads, a detailed underside, and a display stand. Measures 8″ long with a 3¾” wingspan.
