In the 1970s, Soviet air defense systems advanced, and the U.S. needed to produce rival aircraft. As a result, the F-117 Nighthawk, a stealth aircraft, was developed and first flew in 1981.
Designed with Skunkworks artwork on the underside, this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model replicates the F-117A variant. It includes surface details, landing gear, an adjustable canopy, a pilot figure, an intricate cockpit, an accurately detailed underside, and a display stand. Measures 11″ long with a 7″ wingspan.
