In order to be as close to the action as his generals would allow during World War I, Kaiser Wilhelm II had several special staff vehicles built. Replicating one of those Mercedes staff wagons, which contained his camp bed, toilet facilities, a wash basin, a small heater/stove and his personal maps, this 1/30 scale, polystone King & Country model features an attached canopy, rear stairs, plenty of separately applied detail parts, realistic tires, a metal driver figure seated behind the steering wheel, and more. Painted by hand, it measures approximately 7½” long and arrives ready to display.
