Revell 7729 1/25 1970 Shelby Mustang GT500 – Model Cars

The high-performance version of the already spectacular Ford Mustang made its debut in 1965. By the 1969 production year, the car underwent extensive modifications, notably with the lengthening of its body. While there was no production the following year, unsold examples from 1969 were designated as 1970 models.
The distinguishing features of the car included a small front spoiler and two stripes on the bonnet. It was equipped with a multi-section 7.0-litre V8 engine and featured a movable bonnet and detailed bodywork. The model kit also includes comprehensive decals.
