Four RWD-13 were sold to Spain by SEPEWE (“Export of arms Industry SEPEWE, Co. Ltd.”) and were used as liaison aircraft by Franco’s aviacion Nacional during the Spanish Civil War, under the name Polaca. after the civil war, the remaining ones were used in aero clubs.
