In August of 2012, Su-25SM “06 Red” had completed an updating service, which included a new paint scheme of the latest dark grey. The work was completed by the 121 AOP, located at Kubinka. The aircraft hadn’t been returned to operational duty and was put on display at Zhukovsky as part of the celebration of the Russian Air Force 100th Anniversary Air Show.
Featuring markings from the Russian Air Force, this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model replicates the Su-25SM as it was put on display at Zhukovsky in 2012. It includes realistic panel lines, antennas, access panels, surface details, a detailed cockpit interior, interchangeable extended or retracted landing gear, detachable ordnance loads, a detailed underside, and a display stand. Measures 7¾” long with an 8½” wingspan.
