This is a 1:35 scale model representing the facade of a historic Central European-style building with timber framing (Fachwerk).
Material and Construction: The main piece is made of cast resin, providing excellent detail definition. The complementary elements were manufactured using 3D printing.
Finish: The model is presented unpainted, in a uniform, neutral gray color, ideal for a modeler to apply their own paint scheme and weathering.
Dimensions: The model measures approximately 20 cm wide x 6 cm deep x 30 cm high.
Ground Floor:
The base is constructed with a plinth that simulates masonry or stone blocks.
It features a pedestrian entrance door on the left and a large double gate on the right, providing access to a storage area or garage.
Upper Floors:
The three upper floors clearly display the timber-framed structure (beams), which protrudes from the plastered walls.
They feature numerous rectangular windows with detailed, slatted shutters, some open and some closed.
The top window, in the attic, is smaller and simpler.
Additional Elements:
An ornamental period lantern is attached to the right-hand side wall, adding a distinctive touch.
The gabled roof has small projections that resemble the beams or supports of the eaves.
It also includes two snow guards on both roofs, typical of the region.
