This is a pre-cut structure kit milled in white styrene plastic and laser cut in white and clear acrylic.

This kit also includes:
• Logo letters and tall street sign
• Step-by-step assembly instructions with pictures

Please note, all parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons.
